The class will be from 12-1 all ablities (Male and Female) welcome, bare in mind that this class will be aimed at those who would like to feel rested and rejuvenated during their lunch hour and this will be Indra's main focus.

The class block will run for 7 weeks, class one being a one off fee at a reduced trail rate of £9

Children's yoga for 4 - 9 years.

Or if your child is between 10 - 15+ years come and join our wonderful teen yoga group from 5 - 5.45pm.


Pre-teen and teen yoga

'This yoga class is based on bringing energy, vitality and motivation to each Child. We deal with self confidence and self esteem issues that can often be heightened when a child starts to search for their true identity. The classes are fun, laid back and up beat and the children are encouraged to have a voice and cooperate.

Each class includes:

  • warm up
  • a dynamic yoga kriya or asana work
  • relaxation
  • breath awareness with meditation

I regularly encourage group work for fun and lots of laughter.
