I teach regular Yoga Nidra practice throughout my classes. Yoga nidra has been proven to have profound effects on the systems especially with psychosimatic issues such as Asthma, colitis, peptic ulcers and has even been used as part of cancer therapy. Pre-teen and teen yoga
We deal with self confidence and self esteem issues that can often be heightened when a child starts to search for their true identity.
The classes are fun, laid back and up beat and the children are encouraged to have a voice and cooperate.
Each class includes:
- warm up
- a dynamic yoga kriya or asana work
- breath awareness with meditation
I regularly encourage group work for fun and lots of laughter.
